Pro Aula: Class Manager

No more scattered spreadsheets or sticky notes to remember who already paid. Pro Aula is the management app for private tutors and freelance teachers to organize students, lessons, schedule and payments in one place — right from your phone, no hassle. HOW IT WORKS Pro Aula follows your natural workflow: register the student, schedule the lesson, confirm it happened and record the payment. Everything connected — you never lose track of who studied what, when, and whether they've paid. • Register students with contact info, subject and preferred billing type (per lesson, monthly, or lesson package) • Schedule one-off or recurring lessons (daily, weekly, monthly), with an automatic warning if two lessons overlap • Track each lesson's status — scheduled, confirmed, done, canceled — without losing control of your schedule • Mark payments as paid or pending in seconds, right from the list or the lesson details FREE FEATURES Smart schedule See your day, navigate between dates and jump back to "Today" with one tap. Connect with Google Calendar to add your lessons with one click — with a video call link (Google Meet) generated automatically for online lessons, and an email invite sent straight to the student. Effortless finances Never lose track of who's paid: automatically track received, pending and overdue payments, avoid forgetting and simplify your billing. Pro Aula calculates on its own when a monthly-billed student is overdue, so you don't have to remember anything. Flexible billing Charge per lesson, a fixed monthly fee, or a lesson package (10, 20, or whatever amount you define) — the app adapts to how you work, not the other way around. PREMIUM FEATURES Unlimited students The free plan already covers up to 10 active students at once. Premium removes that limit, for teachers growing their student base. Reports that help you grow Financial Report with received/pending/overdue charts, Productivity Report (how many lessons you gave, how many hours you worked, your most frequent student) and a weekly Attendance Report — all exportable as PDF, CSV or Excel. Automatic cloud backup Your student, lesson and payment data is automatically protected, synced with your Google account — switch phones without losing anything. WhatsApp reminders Send lesson and payment reminders straight to the student's WhatsApp, with a customizable message template. Your brand, your identity Personalize exported receipts and reports with your own logo and teacher name — for those who've already built their own brand. Tax export Generate the file in the format accepted by Brazil's Carnê-Leão (Receita Federal), ready to declare your income as a self-employed professional without extra work. Student import and export Migrate your student list from an existing spreadsheet with a CSV file, or export everything to take your data wherever you want. WHO IT'S FOR Pro Aula was designed for private tutors of any subject — languages, music, tutoring, sports, arts — and for freelance professionals who teach one-on-one or in small groups and need real control over their schedule and finances, without the complexity of a corporate management system.
