DIDS PRO turns your digital signage, kiosk, smartboard, television or any display devices into a digital help desk or digital information display system. Content is managed from your DIDS PRO console in a browser. The display picks it up and runs it unattended, on a loop, all day. You can manage unlimited displays from same control panel. WHAT A DISPLAY CAN SHOW • Notices, scrolling along the footer or held on their own slide • Citizen charter and service details — cost, duration, required documents, and the section responsible • Restaurant Menu, Hoarding Board Images and Videos • Movie Posters, Trailers and Videos for Cinema Halls • Staff, with photograph, designation, section and contact • Schedules and upcoming events • Charts and progress reports • QR codes, sized to be scanned from a couple of metres away • Video, either uploaded to your office or from YouTube • Single images, or two and three-image arrangements • Custom slides you write yourself Each slide holds the screen for as long as you set. Video slides run to the end of the clip. LOCAL LANGUAGES FOR YOUR DISPLAY English, Nepali, Hindi, Tamil, Newar, Bhojpuri and Maithili and more. A visitor switches language at the display; anything you have not translated falls back to your base text rather than going blank. Your display also reads the content on your screen making it more accessible. Content and media are stored on the device, so the display keeps running through a network outage and catches up when the connection returns. • Kiosk mode. The app holds the foreground and keeps the screen awake, so the display cannot be navigated away from or left to sleep. • Sized in screen units throughout, so the same panel is legible on a 7-inch tablet at a counter and on a large TV across a waiting room. • Light and dark appearance, switchable at the display or fixed by an administrator. • Touch, or use your remote or numeric keypad to navigate contents.
