PrizorAI HRMS

This app is for Prizor AITech employees. Accounts are issued by your HR administrator — you cannot register from inside the app. START YOUR DAY IN ONE TAP Check in and check out with a live clock, and see your punch status the moment you open the app. Your day's total hours, early-by and late-by minutes are calculated for you. YOUR NOTICE BOARD The home screen brings together what matters today: who's celebrating a birthday, work anniversaries, your remaining leave balance, upcoming holidays with a countdown to the next one, and how many teammates are present, absent or in the office. LEAVE, WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK Apply for leave, track pending requests and review your full history with filters. Managers can approve or reject requests from anywhere, and leave balance and leave calculation reports show exactly where the numbers come from. ATTENDANCE REPORTS THAT ADD UP Pull an attendance report for any date range. Your own record loads automatically, and managers can switch to any team member. Tap any day to see the individual punch-in and punch-out entries behind it. EVERYTHING ELSE, ONE DASHBOARD Search the dashboard to jump straight to any module you have access to: - Employee directory with search and filter by designation - Inventory master and asset assignments - Office expense submission and approval - Support tickets — raise, filter and follow up - Holiday master - Timesheets and approvals BUILT AROUND YOUR ROLE The app only shows the modules your role allows, so the dashboard stays relevant whether you're a new joiner or an administrator. YOUR PROFILE, UP TO DATE Update your personal and employment details, set a profile photo from your camera or library, manage your security questions and change your password — all from inside the app. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified about approvals, announcements and anything that needs your attention. PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR - Location — recorded when you check in, to confirm where attendance was marked - Camera and photos — only when you choose a profile picture - Notifications — for approvals and announcements
