Max Communication

Max Communication is a private calling app for your team. Every call is between people in your organisation, managed by your own admin. END-TO-END ENCRYPTED CALLS Voice calls are end-to-end encrypted: only the two phones on the call hold the key. A badge on the call screen shows when a call is encrypted, and both people can compare a security code. RINGS LIKE A REAL PHONE CALL Incoming calls open full screen and wake the phone, even when it is locked — with the caller's name and photo, and Answer, Decline and Silence buttons. BOSS CALL QUEUE When several people call the boss at once, nobody gets a busy tone. Callers wait in line and see their place ("You are #2 in the queue"). The boss sees everyone waiting, in order, with how long they have waited — and the next person rings automatically when the current call ends. NEED HELP — ONE TAP Staff can alert the boss with one tap, with an optional reason and an urgent flag. No chat, no waiting: the boss gets a notification straight away. VOICE BROADCAST The boss records one voice message and sends it to the whole team, or to chosen people. Listen back before sending, see who it went to, and delete it for everyone if needed. GROUP CALLS Start a group call with the people you choose. Raise a hand, mute, and talk together. The host can mute or remove participants and end the call for everyone. SEE WHO IS AVAILABLE Contacts show who is available, busy on a call, or offline — at a glance. WORKS ON WEAK NETWORKS Calls adapt to poor connections, show the connection quality, and reconnect automatically if the network drops. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Accounts are created by your admin — no public sign-up • One phone per account, managed from the admin panel • Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app Max Communication is for organisations that use it with an account from their administrator.
