Color Fool: Match & Memorize

Think you have an eye for color? Put your visual perception, memory, and precision to the ultimate test with Color Fool! Color Fool is a fast-paced, brain-teasing perception game where you memorize a flash of color and reconstruct it from memory using precision Hue, Saturation, and Lightness (HSL) sliders. Match it as closely as possible to earn up to 10 points per round! Play solo to sharpen your color memory or create instant multiplayer rooms to challenge friends in real time! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎮 HOW TO PLAY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. MEMORIZE: Watch the screen closely. A vibrant target color appears for a few seconds. 2. RECONSTRUCT: When the preview disappears, the entire canvas becomes your playground. Adjust the 3 gesture sliders (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) to recreate the exact shade you memorized. 3. LOCK IN: Hit "Lock In Guess" to reveal the side-by-side color comparison. 4. SCORE: Points (0–10) are calculated using the scientific Delta-E (ΔE) perceptual color distance formula. A lower Delta-E means your color is visually indistinguishable from the target! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ KEY FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • 🧠 SCIENTIFIC SCORING: Powered by CIE Lab and Delta-E (ΔE) color space mathematics—scoring isn't random; it tests genuine human eye perception. • ⚡ 3 DIFFICULTY TIERS: - Easy: 5-second preview with vibrant, saturated shades. - Medium: 3-second preview with balanced everyday colors. - Hard: 1.5-second preview with subtle pastels, muted earth tones, and dark shades. • 👥 INSTANT MULTIPLAYER (UP TO 10 PLAYERS): - No sign-in or account required! - Generate a 6-digit room code, share it with friends anywhere, and jump into real-time battles. - Live leaderboards, simultaneous guessing, and synchronized round advancement. • 🎛️ CUSTOM SLIDER PLACEMENT: Choose whether your slider rails (H S L) are docked on the Left or Right edge of your screen for maximum one-handed ergonomic comfort. • 📴 100% OFFLINE SOLO PLAY: Enjoy unlimited solo matches with zero internet connection required. • 🔒 PRIVACY-FIRST: No logins, no personal data collection, and no intrusive trackers. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎨 WHO IS THIS GAME FOR? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Designers, artists, and digital creators looking to train their color sensitivity. • Gamers who love quick, satisfying memory, brain-training, and perception puzzles. • Friends looking for a fun, instant-join party game they can play together anywhere.
