PrimiMobile is Primisafe’s Android companion for CCTV you already have. Open live video from a house, shop, office or several sites. Playback comes from the NVR, DVR or SD card on site. This app is a viewer. It is not a second cloud recorder and it does not replace your CCTV system. LIVE VIEW Live video on this Android app uses the camera maker’s P2P (serial / sticker / DVR password). Chrome cannot decode that P2P path. If you also enter a public IP and open port 554, the web portal can show a browser stream. PLAYBACK AND SITES Recordings stay on your hardware. Add sites and areas so home, office, shop and warehouse stay organised. Snapshot, record, two-way talk and picture-in-picture work on cameras that support them. Fingerprint or face unlock is available after sign-in. You can delete the account in the app or at primimobile.com/delete-account. CAMERAS IT WORKS WITH EZVIZ, IMOU, Dahua, Hikvision, Ruision / TVT, plus cameras or NVRs on an IP address. You do not log in to the camera maker’s consumer app, and you do not share the device from that app. HOW YOU ADD A DEVICE 1. Create a Primisafe account and verify your email. 2. Scan the sticker QR or Data Matrix, or type the serial / UID. 3. Enter the sticker code or DVR password. PrimiMobile registers P2P for phone live. That live path is not Primisafe AI. PRIMISAFE AI (OPTIONAL, NOT ON P2P) Primisafe AI is a separate paid module. Our servers pull an RTSP sub-stream and run one detection type per camera (for example person, vehicle / ANPR, intrusion or fire). That only works when the camera or recorder has a public static IP (or DDNS) that our servers can reach, with RTSP forwarded. A serial-only / P2P device, or a LAN address such as 192.168.x or 10.x, cannot use Primisafe AI. Phone live can still work on P2P. From £9.99 per AI camera / month. Cancel any time from the account.
