PRIMES Inform

"PRIMES Inform" is the official drought information app of the PRIMES project, co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme. Water scarcity is managed locally, and the rules that apply to you depend on where you live. When you first open the app you choose your pilot area, and from that moment everything you see comes from the authority responsible for it: the app switches to the language of that area and shows its alert levels, its restrictions, its emergency contacts and its official documents. WHAT THE APP DOES • Current alert level. The card on the home screen shows the level declared for your area, with the name your local authority uses for it. • Four graduated levels. Each level lists the recommended behaviours and the restrictions in force, as written by the local authority. Rules that apply at all times are listed separately. • Alerts as they happen. When the level changes, or the authority publishes a notice, a notification reaches your phone, also when the app is closed. • Emergency contacts. Phone numbers and email addresses for your area, with their opening hours. One tap to call or write. • Official documents. Plans, decrees and guidance published by your area, available in the app and readable offline. PILOT AREAS Italy (Marche, Emilia-Romagna), Croatia (Međimurje, Koprivnica-Križevci), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Gradiška), Montenegro (Danilovgrad), Greece (Paggaio, Kavala), Serbia (Vojvodina). An account is required so that alerts can be delivered to the right area.
