Full description

SmartReps suggests adaptive workouts and adjusts them as you progress. It looks at your training history, available equipment and preferences to recommend the next best session. Log reps and weights quickly without friction. The UI stays out of your way so you can focus on training, not tapping. The app suggests weight and rep targets to keep progressive overload and recovery on track. Create reusable templates, add notes at exercise and set level, and fine-tune any detail. Import your previous workout history from almost any format. AI parsing cleans and merges it into your workout history. See your progress clearly with charts for volume, max weight and PRs. Track personal records, volume trends, and progress over time. Clear charts that show your growth and keep you motivated. Your data stays yours. Export everything anytime in CSV or JSON.

What's new

SmartReps 2.0 is a native Android app. It opens faster and feels like the rest of your phone. • Fixed signing in with Google • Quick Log: say or type your workout and check the sets before saving • Rest timer sounds: a voice, a chime or a beep, even on a locked phone • An ongoing notification shows your exercise and rest time • Custom exercises: photo, instructions and weight type
