Attendance that doesn't need the internet The core of Presencely is Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) proximity marking: the teacher's or organizer's phone broadcasts a short-range signal, and nearby students' or attendees' phones detect it and mark themselves present — all on-device, with no data connection required on either end. It syncs automatically the moment either phone is back online. For events with location verification switched on, this Bluetooth fallback means attendance still gets recorded correctly even at venues with no signal at all.
