Hitbodedut Meditation & Prayer

Hitbodedut Meditation & Prayer is a private spiritual companion designed to help you slow down, breathe, reflect, and speak honestly with God in your own words. Hitbodedut is the practice of personal, unscripted prayer. There is no required formula and no need to search for perfect words. You simply speak openly about your gratitude, struggles, fears, hopes, questions, and needs. The app combines personal prayer guidance with breathing techniques, a meditation timer, visual breathing support, optional voice guidance, and prerecorded audio teachings.
