What's New 🛒 Buy & Sell A community marketplace where residents can list items for sale or browse listings from neighbors — buy and sell furniture, electronics, and more without leaving the community. 🔍 Lost & Found Quickly report lost items or post found items so they can be reunited with their owners. Includes photo upload and item description for easy identification. 🛡️ Safety & Near Miss Report safety hazards or near-miss incidents within the community. Helps management track and resolve potential risks before they become accidents. 📅 Events Stay updated on upcoming community events — festivals, meetings, workshops, and social gatherings — with RSVP and reminders. 🧰 Service Request or offer local services (plumbing, electrical, housekeeping, etc.) directly through the app, connecting residents with verified service providers. 🗳️ Polls Participate in community polls and voting on important decisions — from amenity upgrades to event planning — ensuring every resident's voice is heard. 🚕 Taxi Service Book a taxi directly from the app for quick and reliable transportation within or from the community. 📖 Booklet A digital directory/booklet with essential community information — contacts, rules, guidelines, and FAQs — always available at your fingertips. 🏢 Facility Book and manage community facilities such as clubhouse, gym, party hall, or sports courts with real-time availability. 📝 Complaints & Dependent User Complaints: Log and track complaints with the management team, with status updates until resolution. Dependent User: Add and manage dependent users (family members) under a primary account for shared access to app features.
