「送る前に。開く前に。食べる前に。」 やめたい行動があるのに、気づいたらやってしまっている—— そんな瞬間に、10秒だけ踏みとどまるためのアプリです。 ■ 使い方はかんたん3ステップ 1. やめたい行動を登録する（禁煙、間食、深夜のスマホなど、自由に設定できます） 2. 衝動が来たら「トドマル」ボタンをタップ 3. 深呼吸ガイドでひと呼吸置き、記録を振り返る ■ 続けられなかった日があっても大丈夫 「非ゼロリセット」で、ゼロからではなく好きな地点からやり直せます。挫折を責めない設計です。 ■ プライバシーを重視 登録した行動や記録は、すべて端末内にのみ保存されます。外部のサーバーには送信されません。 現在のバージョンは完全無料でご利用いただけます。アプリ内課金はありません。

はじめての公開です。 やめたい行動をひとつだけ登録して、衝動が来たら10秒の呼吸をはさむアプリです。踏みとどまった記録が積み上がっていくところを、そのまま見られるようにしました。 記録はすべて端末の中だけに保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
