PrayScroll

Most app blockers rely on willpower. PrayScroll relies on prayer. When you reach for a distracting app, PrayScroll stops you — not with a timer or a wall of shame, but with an invitation to pray. You choose how. 🙏 THREE WAYS TO PRAY PRAY FOR YOURSELF Choose how you're feeling. PrayScroll surfaces a prayer written for exactly where you are right now — anxious, sad, lonely, angry, grateful, weary. Read it. Breathe it. Your app unlocks. PRAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE Enter a name or situation. PrayScroll generates a personalized intercessory prayer — written just for them, ready to pray in under a minute. START A 30-DAY JOURNEY Go deeper with a guided devotional journey. Each day: a scripture, a reflection, and a closing prayer. Pick up where you left off, any time you unlock your phone. 14 GUIDED PRAYER JOURNEYS - Healing Journey - Overcoming Sadness - Peace Over Anxiety - Hope Restored - Breaking Free from Addiction - Conquering Fear - Managing Anger - Healing from Heartbreak - Restoring Your Marriage - Overcoming Loneliness - Mental Health & Faith - Growing in Gratitude - Finding Your Strength - God Is With You Each journey is 30 days. Each day is three steps: scripture → devotional → prayer. You don't need to do it all at once. You just need to show up. HOW THE BLOCKING WORKS 1. Choose which apps to block and when 2. When you try to open a blocked app, PrayScroll opens instead 3. Pray — for yourself, for someone else, or continue your journey 4. App unlocks. You've done something that lasts longer than the scroll. WHY IT EXISTS The average person checks their phone 96 times a day. Most of those moments are impulse — not need. PrayScroll doesn't fight that impulse. It redirects it. Thirty seconds of prayer instead of thirty minutes of scrolling. Every single time. PRIVACY Anonymous accounts — no email required. Your prayer history stays on your device. Your blocked app list is never shared. No data sold. Ever. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." — Romans 12:2 Download PrayScroll. Unlock your phone the right way. PrayScroll uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect which app is currently in the foreground, so it can display the prayer prompt when you open an app you've chosen to block. PrayScroll does not read, record, or transmit screen content, keystrokes, passwords, or any other on-screen data — the service is used solely to identify the foreground app name, and this happens entirely on your device.
