minimal launcher

Focus on the unique "Friction" and "Monochrome" protocols. Is your phone using you, or are you using your phone? Minimal Launcher is a conscious digital detox interface designed to break the cycle of mindless scrolling and reclaim your attention. By replacing colorful, dopamine-triggering icons with a clean, text-based layout, we help you treat your phone as a tool, not a distraction. CORE DETOX FEATURES: ● Monochrome Protocol Eliminate the psychological pull of vibrant app colors. Toggle a system-wide grayscale mode that turns your entire device monochrome, reducing the "reward" your brain gets from checking social media or games. ● Mental Math Friction Stop the "reflex tap." Configure specific apps (like Instagram or YouTube) to be shielded by a Math Gate. You must solve a mental addition puzzle to verify your intentionality before the app opens. ● Mindful Breathing Delay When you attempt to open a distracting app, Minimal Launcher guides you through a brief respiration pause. This 10-second inhale/exhale sequence breaks the habit loop and allows you to decide if you truly need to use the app. ● Immersive Edge-to-Edge Interface Experience true focus with a zero-distraction UI. We hide the cluttered system status and navigation bars, replacing them with a custom, ultra-minimalist text-based top bar showing only the essentials: Time, WiFi, and Battery. ● Real-Time Attention Tracking No complex charts. Just an honest, bold readout of your "Total Attention Usage" on your home screen. See exactly how many minutes you’ve spent on your device today at a glance. ● Precision Typography Scaling Whether you prefer ultra-small text or large, accessible headers, our fluid scaling slider and auto-detect logic ensure the UI fits your phone perfectly.
