SyncTo is the recording companion for PractoSync, the practice management system for South African healthcare practices. Record the consultation. Get the note. Open SyncTo between patients, pick the appointment from today's diary, and record. The session is transcribed and written back to the patient's clinical record in PractoSync as a draft note, ready to review and sign off. TODAY'S DIARY, ON YOUR PHONE Your appointments for the day, pulled straight from PractoSync. Move between days, pull to refresh, and start a recording against the right patient without typing a name. RECORD IN THE LANGUAGE YOU CONSULT IN Choose English, Afrikaans, or Auto for a consultation that moves between the two. Pick the note template before you start, so the transcript comes back in the shape your practice already uses. KEEPS RECORDING WHILE YOU WORK Recording continues if you switch apps or your screen locks, so checking a result mid-consultation does not cost you the session. NOTHING GETS LOST Recordings that cannot upload immediately are held on the device and retried. The Pending screen shows exactly what is still waiting, and you can retry by hand at any time. PATIENT CONSENT COMES FIRST Recording is something you do with the patient's agreement. Consent is recorded against the patient in PractoSync, and audio is used only to produce that patient's clinical note. REQUIRES A PRACTOSYNC ACCOUNT SyncTo is for practices already using PractoSync with the SyncTo add-on enabled. You sign in with your existing PractoSync credentials.
