Meal Mark

Meal Mark helps you log what you eat and see how the day adds up. Type a meal, speak it, or take a photo. Meal Mark estimates the nutrients for that portion and compares them with daily targets set from your profile. Log a meal your way • Type the food and portion. • Speak for up to 30 seconds. • Take a photo, check the food and portion, then save the estimate. Daily intake See your daily calories, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fat, sugar, vitamins, and minerals, including iodine. Each nutrient is shown against your target. Suggestions Ask for ideas based on your profile, the foods already logged today, and how close you are to your targets. Profile and targets Add age, sex, height, and weight. You can also add activity, medicines, and health conditions. Meal Mark uses those details to set recommended daily intakes. You can update them later in Settings. Calendar and history Open any day to see what you logged. Review past days and totals in History. Fruit and vegetable library Look up fruits and vegetables, including foods commonly used in Indian cooking, with a short summary and nutrients for a typical serving. Chat Ask questions about your meals and targets. Replies can use your profile and, when you include it, that day’s totals. Reminders Turn on reminders to enter the food you ate at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your data Profile, meal logs, chat, and settings stay on this phone. PPR Digital does not keep a copy. Export a file from Settings and import it on another phone after you install Meal Mark. A phone change or factory reset clears data that was left only on that phone. Optional app lock uses this phone’s fingerprint, face, or a PIN. Your theme, notifications, app lock, and PIN stay on the device.
