Golden Locomotive Live

Golden Locomotive is a one-thumb arcade runner set deep inside a glowing amethyst mine. Your brass engine rolls forward on its own along three parallel tracks. Your only job is to pick the right track, and to pick it in time. HOW IT WORKS Two arrow buttons sit at the bottom of the screen. Tap left or right and the train hops one lane over. That's the whole control scheme, so every run comes down to timing and reading the track ahead. Things you'll see on the rails: - Mine carts loaded with coal - Piles of rubble - Striped barrier blocks Run into any of them and the round is over. Things worth grabbing: - Gold star coins - Purple gems Each one you pick up adds to your score, so the trick is to stay on the safe track without passing up the good stuff. Sometimes the gem sits right next to a coal cart, and you have to decide fast whether it's worth the risk. IT GETS FASTER The train starts at an easy pace, then speeds up the longer you survive. Early on you have time to plan two lanes ahead. A minute in, you're reacting on instinct. Your score and gem count stay at the top of the screen, so you always know how the current run compares to your last one. WHAT YOU GET - Three-lane track with simple left/right controls - Obstacles that end the run on contact, so there's no guesswork about what went wrong - Coins and gems to collect for a higher score - Speed that keeps climbing, so no two runs feel the same - A short How to Play screen that explains everything in five steps - A pause button for when life interrupts - A gold-and-purple mine setting with lanterns, wooden derricks and crystal walls Golden Locomotive doesn't have upgrades to grind, energy timers or complicated systems to learn. Open it, press play and you're on the tracks within seconds. A run can last thirty seconds or several minutes, which makes it easy to play while you wait for the kettle or ride the bus. If you like quick lane-switching arcade games where you keep thinking "one more run", give Golden Locomotive a try and see how far your engine gets before the mine catches up with you.
