PowerPro Field Service is the field app of PowerPro Generators. Technicians run their generator maintenance visits from check-in to the customer's signature, and coordinators follow the day from the office. This app is for PowerPro Generators staff: signing in requires a PowerPro Microsoft work account. FOR TECHNICIANS • Your visits of the day, with a week calendar and a map of the route • Check in on site, call the customer, or open Google Maps already guiding you there • Inspect every generator: hours counter, voltage, frequency, oil pressure and temperature, with the allowed ranges shown as you type • Battery, oil and water levels, testing and cleaning, the maintenance plan, repairs and photos • Read with camera: photograph the hour meter or the control panel and the readings fill in by themselves, on the phone • Dictate your remarks • Scan a generator's QR label to open it • The spare parts to take for the day • Check out with the customer's signature; the service report is ready as a PDF to share, with a summary for the customer • Ask for a re-schedule or send a message to the office FOR COORDINATORS • The visits of the day by status, with search, a technician filter and a map of the team • Release planned visits: the technician is notified • Spare parts to prepare per technician • Inbox of re-schedule requests and messages, with notifications • Print QR labels for a customer's generators WORKS OFFLINE Everything is saved on the phone at once and synced with PowerPro's system as soon as there is a connection, with the progress shown on screen. ALSO • English, French and Arabic (right to left) • Light and dark mode, following the phone or your choice PRIVACY The app works with PowerPro's own business system (Microsoft Dataverse). The location is recorded only at check-in; the camera is used for photos and QR labels; the microphone only while you dictate.
