"بوابتي" هو تطبيق المشترك الخاص بشركات توزيع الكهرباء. يتيح لك متابعة فواتيرك واستهلاكك وحسابك مع شركتك مباشرة من هاتفك، دون الحاجة لمراجعة مكتب الشركة. ◾ ملاحظة مهمة قبل التحميل التطبيق مخصّص لمشتركي شركات الكهرباء التي تعتمد نظام PowerLink. للدخول تحتاج إلى "رمز الشركة" الخاص بمزوّد الخدمة، بالإضافة إلى رقم هاتفك و"رمز الدخول" الذي تزوّدك به الشركة. لا يمكن إنشاء حساب ذاتياً داخل التطبيق. ◾ فواتيرك واستهلاكك • استعرض فواتير الدورات السابقة مرتّبة زمنياً. • افتح أي فاتورة لترى القراءة السابقة والقراءة الحالية والاستهلاك بالكيلوواط وقيمة الفاتورة. • اطّلع على صورة العدّاد المرفقة بالقراءة، للتأكد من دقة ما تم تسجيله. • تابع إجمالي المبلغ المستحق عليك في أي وقت. ◾ إشعارات السداد أرسل إشعار سداد إلى شركتك بعد تحويل المبلغ: أدخل القيمة وأرفق صورة الحوالة أو الإيصال، وتصل مباشرة إلى الشركة لمراجعتها واعتمادها. ◾ البلاغات أرسل بلاغ صيانة أو شكوى مكتوبة إلى شركتك من داخل التطبيق. ◾ الإشعارات تصلك إشعارات فورية عند صدور فاتورة جديدة، أو تسجيل دفعة، أو تحديث حالة بلاغك، مع صندوق إشعارات داخل التطبيق يحفظ سجلّها. ◾ الخصوصية والأمان • الدخول عبر رقم الهاتف ورمز دخول خاص بك. • قفل اختياري للتطبيق يطلب رمز الدخول في كل مرة تفتحه. • لا يعرض التطبيق سوى بيانات حسابك أنت. ◾ واجهة عربية بالكامل تصميم عربي يدعم الاتجاه من اليمين إلى اليسار، مع شعار شركتك واسمها داخل التطبيق.
