PourIQ — Bar Inventory Live

Bar inventory, pour cost and margin software for the people actually running the floor. Count what's on the shelf, know what every drink costs to make, and see which pours are quietly eating your profit, without a spreadsheet or a $300-a-month system. Most bars don't lose money on the big things. They lose it an ounce at a time. WHAT IT DOES • Inventory count: fast shelf-to-shelf counting on a phone, with partial bottles by slider • Weigh open bottles on a Bluetooth kitchen scale: PourIQ reads the weight, subtracts the empty bottle, and works out exactly how much liquor is left. Weigh a whole speed rail in one pass. • Scan a bottle: point your camera at a label and PourIQ reads the brand and size and adds it to your catalog • Snap an invoice: it reads the line items, flags cost increases since last time, and updates what each pour now costs you • Pour cost and margins: real cost per ounce and per drink, against the target you set • Variance: compare what you sold to what you poured between two counts, and see exactly where the shrink is • Par levels and reorder: know what's below par before you run out on a Friday night, with the order built for you • Specials and menu: build drink specs your staff can actually follow BUILT FOR A REAL BAR Staff join with a simple code and get the screens they need without seeing your cost or margin numbers. Owners and managers get the full picture. Dark interface that doesn't blind you at close. It works on the phone that's already in your pocket, behind the bar, in the walk-in, at the delivery door. Set your bar up on the PourIQ website, then sign in here. Your first bar is free to start, so you can load your catalog and run a count before you decide anything. PRIVATE AND SEPARATE Your bar's numbers belong to your bar. We never sell your data and never share it with other venues. Scanned photos go to our AI provider only to read the label or invoice. Full details in the privacy policy, and you can request account deletion at any time. Made for bar owners, GMs, beverage directors and bar managers, from a single neighborhood pub to a multi-location group. Bartenders: SpeedRail, our free cocktail recipe app, is the other half.
