Poslog: Make Exercise a Habit

Make exercise a habit — on your own or with professional support. Poslog brings workouts, routines, visual records, notes, progress, and communication together in one place. Decide what to do, complete your exercise, record it quickly, and know what comes next. Build and record your workouts • Choose from a library of 600+ exercises, searchable by body part or goal. • Create reusable routines and customize exercises to match how you train. • Record sets, reps, weight, and notes during a workout or afterward. • Copy previous sets to make repeat logging faster. • Follow guided sessions when you want a simple place to begin. See progress in context Numbers do not tell the whole story. Poslog lets you keep workout details, photos, videos, and notes together. • Import workout photos and form videos from your device. • Compare selected photos or videos side by side. • Switch between horizontal and vertical comparison layouts. • Review changes across sessions without searching through your camera roll. • Organize records with captions, tags, and clients. Visual review is directed by you or your professional. Poslog does not automatically score your form. Connect with a professional Poslog works independently and becomes more powerful when you connect with a trusted trainer or exercise professional. • Choose which types of records you want to share. • Share workouts, photos, videos, and notes with clear consent. • Receive feedback in the context of what you actually completed. • Use private messaging to stay connected between sessions. • Keep one continuous exercise history whether you train independently or with support. • Stop sharing or disconnect whenever you choose. For trainers and exercise professionals Help clients continue exercising between appointments while keeping their records organized. • Create and manage client profiles. • Organize workouts, visual records, and notes by client. • Create reusable exercise routines for client sessions. • Review records shared by connected clients and provide relevant feedback. • Compare client photos or videos across sessions. • Communicate through private messages. • Send updates to selected clients and review delivery status. • Use client tags and search to keep a growing client list manageable. Private by design Your exercise and client records are private by default. Sharing and messaging require a connection and clear permission. You control what you share and can change that access later. Free to start Start with general Poslog features and 500 MB of cloud storage.
