Polar Tint

Polar Tint's operator companion app — run the floor from your phone or tablet instead of being stuck at the front desk. The app pairs with your Polar Tint account. Sign in with your staff credentials, and what you do on the phone stays in sync with the shop. BUILT FOR YOUR DAY • Today view — start every shift with what's booked, what's in the bay, and what needs attention. • Schedule — the day's appointments and jobs, plus team shifts and who's on now. • Customer CRM — look up a customer, their vehicles, spend, and full history in seconds. • Quotes & invoices — build a quote at the car, convert it to an invoice, and log a payment on the spot. • Jobs — track a job from check-in to done, with photos at every step. • Messages — keep each customer conversation in one thread, with AI-drafted reply suggestions you review before sending. ON THE FLOOR • Digital vehicle inspections — walk the car before and after the job, mark each checklist item, attach photos, and capture the customer's signature. AI reviews the photos you attach and drafts the damage notes for you to edit. • Snap before/after job photos with your device camera. • Scan a VIN with the camera to pull year / make / model instead of typing it. • Tint Estimator — read approximate VLT on existing glass with your camera. • Tint Laws — legal VLT limits by state, per window, available offline. • Walkie — hold-to-talk voice messages to your team. • Warranties — register coverage and send a warranty certificate when a customer asks. • Earnings — see how your own numbers are tracking. • App Lock — optionally lock the app behind Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint so it re-locks whenever you set the phone down. FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS • Dashboard and reports — revenue, conversion, installer leaderboard, low stock. • Inventory — film rolls, purchase orders, and low-stock alerts. • Reviews, automations, and SMS/email blasts. WHO IT'S FOR Polar Tint owners, managers, and front-line installers who want to quote, inspect, schedule, and stay on top of jobs from anywhere on the floor. A Polar Tint account is required to sign in.
