PointVibe Scanner is the counter app for businesses that run their loyalty program on PointVibe. Your customers keep their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; your staff scan it, add points and redeem rewards in seconds. SCAN ANY WALLET PASS Point the camera at a customer's pass and the app reads it instantly. QR, PDF417, Code 128 and Aztec codes are supported, and staff can type the ID manually when a screen is hard to read. SEE THE CUSTOMER AT A GLANCE After a scan you see who the customer is, their current points balance and the rewards they can use, with their recent activity underneath. ADD POINTS AND REDEEM REWARDS IN ONE TAP Your earning rules appear ready to apply: points per dollar spent, first-visit bonuses, double-points days and more. Enter the bill amount, confirm, and the new balance is shown straight away. Redeeming a reward works the same way. BUILT FOR MULTI-LOCATION BUSINESSES Choose the location you're working at when you start, and every transaction is recorded against the right store. EASY FOR YOUR TEAM Owners and managers sign in with email, password or Google. Staff don't need a password: they join with a short code their manager gives them, and a PIN keeps the app locked between uses. THE CUSTOMER'S CARD UPDATES ITSELF Points added at the counter appear on the customer's Wallet pass automatically, so they always see an up-to-date balance.
