Pod Point Installer is the must-have app for electricians, providing a hassle-free EV charger installation experience every time. The app is user-friendly, reliable and secure, allowing you to carry out consistent and professional installations for your customers. Once you have installed a domestic Solo 3S, or commercial variants such as Solo Pro or Twin you can use the app to: - Configure the charger’s settings - Get live readings - Connect the charger to the customer’s Wi-Fi - Diagnose faults Plus, by configuring and registering the charger with Pod Point through the app, our customer service team will handle all customer issues remotely on your behalf. Pod Point Installer is only for the use of qualified electricians in the country of installation. For further information refer to the Legal Notice in the installation guide of the product you're installing.

What's new

This release makes it easier to confirm charger details during a visit, and completes PCB swaps more reliably. We've also fixed several issues with photos and connectivity on installs and maintenance visits.
