Offline Password Generator

Create random passwords and passphrases on your Android device. The app uses the cryptographic random source of the system. Choose the length, the character families and whether to leave out look-alike characters, then copy the result in one tap. WHAT IT DOES • A random password on the device, in one tap • Recipes for real cases: a Wi-Fi key, a PIN code, a site that refuses symbols, an extra long password • Length and character types, with look-alike characters such as l, 1, O and 0 left out • The strength shown as entropy in bits • Word passphrases, seven words by default, easier to type than a string of symbols. The words come from a list in the app's language; the English and French lists are the longest, and the strength shown always matches the list used • Copy in one tap; 60 seconds later the clipboard is cleared if it still holds the copied item (if the app is in the background, on Android 10 and later, this happens when you return to it) • A local history of your recent items, which you can turn off and clear • A whole batch generated at once (Pro) • Pro also removes the ads and keeps 100 history items instead of 20 • The subscription starts with a 7-day trial, with ads still showing • Works offline LOCAL BY DESIGN Generation happens on your phone. Nothing you generate is sent anywhere, there is no account and nothing is synced. The app shows ads and offers purchases, so Android lists network and advertising permissions. The network is used by the ad and billing libraries and by usage statistics linked to a random install ID, which you can turn off in Settings. The generator never uses it. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who needs a solid password right now: a new account, a router key, an app password, a code to read out loud, a password rotation, or a passphrase for a field where pasting is awkward. WHAT THIS APP IS NOT This is not a password manager: no vault, no autofill, no synchronisation, no account recovery, no breach monitoring. It creates credentials, it does not keep them for you.
