When it is time to insure a collection, sell a piece, or explain its value to an heir, those methods fail. If you want a scanner, this is the wrong app, and we would rather tell you now than take your money. ── WHY OFFLINE MATTERS ── Coin identifier apps need a camera and a server. At a coin show, an estate auction or a safe deposit box, you may have neither. The ledger itself works with no Wi-Fi, no mobile data and no account. Your coins, your photos and your notes stay on your device.
