Plareon: Daily Hoops Trainer

Get better at basketball without guessing what to practice. Plareon gives you a personalized daily training plan based on your skill level, goals, available time, and whether you have access to a hoop. Instead of jumping between random drills, you open the app and see exactly what to do today. Built for players who train alone, want structure, and need consistency. What Plareon helps you do • Follow a clear daily basketball workout • Train based on your playstyle and goals • Build consistency with short, focused sessions • Track progress over time • Improve without needing a coach every day Personalized daily training Your training plan adapts to your profile, including: • Skill level • Time available • Hoop access • Main goal • Player archetype Choose the type of player you want to become: • Sharpshooter • Shot Creator • Slasher • All-Around Each archetype focuses on different skill priorities, so your workouts feel more personal and more relevant to how you want to play. That lines up directly with the product’s archetype-based drill weighting and daily plan generator. Train with structure Every session is designed to remove decision fatigue. Your daily plan can include: • Warmup • Skill Block 1 • Skill Block 2 • Challenge Whether you have 10, 20, or 30 minutes, Plareon gives you a session that fits your time. Made for real-life training Not every player has a full court, gym access, or endless time. Plareon adjusts your workouts to your environment. No hoop? Your plan avoids hoop-required drills. Missed a day? Training can ease back in. Build a streak? The challenge can step up. Those adaptive rules are central to the MVP, and they’re worth surfacing because they make the app feel useful instead of generic. Track your progress Stay motivated with: • Daily streaks • Skill XP • Player level • Weekly completion score Progress should feel visible. That’s how habits stick. Who it’s for Plareon is designed for basketball players who: • Train alone • Want a simple daily plan • Are beginner to intermediate level • Want to improve shooting, handles, finishing, or overall game Stop wasting sessions on random drills.
