KSI Lucky Wheel

Great sessions don't happen by accident. They're built rep by rep, phase by phase, with a clock that keeps you honest. KSI Lucky Wheel is a training timer built for drills — passing rounds, sprint intervals, shooting practice, ball control, warm-ups and recovery breaks — so every minute on the pitch counts toward something. No more guessing when to switch phases or losing track of reps mid-set. Set your work and rest intervals, hit start, and stay locked into the drill instead of the stopwatch in KSI Lucky Wheel. KEY FEATURES • Phase-Based Timer — Run multi-phase drills with clear work and rest intervals. A big, glanceable countdown and a next-up preview keep you moving without breaking focus. • Training Presets — Jump straight into curated drills for warm-ups, sprint intervals, passing rounds and more, each broken into phases with sensible default durations. • Custom Drill Builder — Build your own multi-phase routines from scratch. Name each phase, set its duration with quick-pick buttons or an exact time, and save it for next time. • Pause, Resume, Skip — Stay in control mid-session: pause when you need to, skip ahead to the next phase, or restart the drill from the top. • Session History — Every completed and early-ended session is logged automatically, so you can see how much you actually trained, not just what you planned. • Training Diagnostics — Total sessions, total training time and total phases run, summarized at a glance so your progress is never a guess. • Full Control In Settings — Tune the experience to how you like to train. HOW KSI Lucky Wheel WORKS Pick a preset or build your own drill with custom phases. Hit start and follow the countdown through work and rest. Pause, skip or restart whenever you need to.
