Account and purchase records are kept securely so you can sign in and verify your purchase. When you choose to generate a draft, the relevant activity text is sent securely through PIP NAV's backend to OpenAI for processing. The draft is based on the details you provide. CURRENT SCOPE PIP NAV currently supports new PIP claims in England and Wales. It does not currently support review forms, Mandatory Reconsiderations, appeals, tribunals, Scotland's Adult Disability Payment or Northern Ireland PIP.
