Carrom Soccer: Flick & Score

Are you a carrom player? A football fan? This one is both. Carrom Soccer is a carrom board with a goal at each end. You flick the striker, your coins scatter the way they always did — and then one of them drops into the net and the crowd goes up. Everything your thumb already knows about a carrom board still works. What is new is that you are shooting at something. Drag the striker back, pick your line, let go. Thread the gap between the nails, bank off a cushion to reach a coin you have no straight line to, or roll one in gently from the edge of the goal area. Hit it too hard and your coin crosses the mouth and comes back out. There is no stamina bar and no timer — just the angle, the power, and the board. HOW YOU PLAY • Play With Friends — two phones, one match, over Bluetooth. One of you shows a four-digit code, the other types it in, and you are playing. No internet, no account, no lobby to sit in. Each of you plays from your own end of the board, on your own screen. • Pass and Play — two players, one phone, one board between you. The oldest way to play carrom still works best. • Against the Computer — three difficulties. It plans properly: through the nails, off the cushions, with an eye on what it leaves you next turn. It is not guessing. • Campaign — 25 levels, from a single coin and two nails to a board full of moving sweepers. Your progress is kept separately for each way you play it. TWO WAYS TO WIN • Colours — you own a colour. Clear your coins into your goal before your opponent clears theirs. • Blitz — the coins belong to nobody.
