PinAtlasTrail is a private travel atlas for the places you have actually stood in. Two hundred and forty-six places are loaded and ready on first launch — all 195 countries across six continents, plus the 50 US states and the District of Columbia, each with its region, capital and land area. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Mark how you knew a place, not just that you went. Visited, lived there, transit only, or still on the wish list — four honest states instead of one vague checkbox. • Add the year, a 1–5 rating and a private note to any place, so the atlas remembers the detail you would otherwise forget. • Watch a live coverage gauge sweep to your world percentage, with per-continent bars showing exactly where the blank space is. • Switch between world coverage and US state coverage with one tap. • Log trips — a title, the dates, the places involved and a summary — and see them again on the page of every place they passed through. • Chase twelve milestones that read straight off your real progress: First Pin, Border Hopper, Six of Six, Coast to Coast, Fifty Stars and more. • Drop a curated route straight into your wish list. Eight are included, from the Nordic Loop to the Andes Spine to the Great American Road Trip. • Dig into the numbers on the statistics screen: how your pins break down by status, coverage by region, and how many places you pinned each year. DECIDE WHAT COUNTS Airport layovers are a genuine argument among travellers, so the app lets you settle it. One switch decides whether transit stops count toward your coverage percentage, and every number in the app updates instantly. BUILT TO STAY YOURS PinAtlasTrail is completely offline. There is no account, no sign-in, no server and no analytics. Every place you mark, every note you write and every trip you log is stored only on your phone — and uninstalling the app removes all of it. Your travel history is not a product. Search by country, state or capital. Sort alphabetically, by region, or by what you pinned most recently. Show areas in square kilometres or square miles. Set your display name, pick your traveller icon, choose a home base. Start with one pin. The gauge moves immediately.
