ClearPE - PE Waivers

Administrative work and medical certificates shouldn't eat into your teaching time. ClearPE is the productivity tool designed to free PE teachers from the mental load of managing medical waivers. No more forgotten dates, miscalculated end dates, or certificates lost at the bottom of a bag. Everything is centralized, automated, and secured right in your pocket. KEY FEATURES Smart Scanner (OCR): Snap a photo of the medical certificate. The recognition engine instantly extracts the student's name and calculates the waiver's end date. Class Management: See at a glance who is excused today in which class, and sort your students by their status (active or expired). Tailored Notifications: Get an automatic summary in the morning before your classes, and receive alerts one day before a student's waiver expires. Reminders adapt to your schedule. Modern Interface: A clean, distraction-free design built for lightning-fast navigation between classes in the gym or on the field. 🛡️ "ZERO DATA" ARCHITECTURE & GDPR Because your students' information is sensitive, ClearPE has made the radical choice of absolute privacy. 100% Offline: The app works completely without an internet connection. No Cloud: There is no account creation, no remote servers, and no analytics trackers. Encrypted Data: Everything is safely stored and secured locally, exclusively on your phone's memory. Total Control: Anonymize your lock screen notifications and use the master purge button to erase all your data at the end of the school year. ClearPE is the administrative assistant that turns waiver management into a simple formality. Download the app and take back control of your time.
