PikMeGo Dost

PikMeGo Dost is the app for drivers who take rides on pikmego. Sign in with your phone number, get verified, go online and start receiving requests. Everything you earn is shown trip by trip, and weekly payouts land in your bank account. GET VERIFIED IN THE APP Upload your driving licence, identity proof, vehicle registration, insurance and permit, add your bank details, and submit. Each step saves as you go, so you can stop and pick up later. You see exactly what has been approved, what needs a fix, and why. YOU DECIDE WHEN TO WORK One switch takes you online or offline. Requests arrive as a full-screen card with the pickup, the drop, the distance and the fare, and a countdown. Accept the ones you want. RUN THE TRIP FROM ONE SCREEN Navigate to the pickup, mark your arrival, confirm the rider's OTP so you know you have the right passenger, and end the trip when you drop them. Cash trips, no-shows, cancellations and a change of destination are all handled from the same screen. Call or message the rider without sharing your number, and reach emergency help with one tap. KNOW WHAT YOU EARNED Today, this week, this month or any dates you choose, with a daily chart and the fare and your net for every trip. Your wallet shows the balance and each transaction, and Settlements shows every weekly payout with its breakdown. STAY ON THE ROAD Documents that are about to expire are flagged before they become a problem, and replacing one takes a minute. Ride requests, cancellations and payout updates arrive as notifications, and the in-app inbox keeps them. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Raise a support ticket, attach a photo, and follow the conversation in the app, or call support directly. LOCATION, AND WHEN WE USE IT PikMeGo Dost uses your location while you are online so riders near you can be matched with you, see you approaching, and so the route and fare are recorded correctly. That includes while the app is in the background or the screen is off during a trip. When you go offline, location tracking stops completely. Nothing is collected while you are offline, and nothing is requested until you have gone online once and understood why it is needed. PERMISSIONS, AND WHEN WE ASK Notifications for ride requests and updates; camera and photos only when you upload a document or a profile photo; fingerprint or face unlock if you choose to lock the app. Nothing is requested until the screen that needs it, and the app explains each permission before Android asks. PikMeGo Dost is for drivers registered with pikmego. Rides are currently available in Salem, Tamil Nadu. An internet connection is required.
