Araçların kullanım geçmişi, kilometre bilgileri ve yakıt tüketim raporları sistemde kayıt altına alınmakta; böylece filo yönetimi daha verimli ve kontrollü bir şekilde yapılmaktadır. Ayrıca bakım ve sigorta hatırlatmaları mobil bildirimlerle kullanıcıya iletilmektedir. Uygulamamızda personel devam kontrol sistemi (PDKS) hareketleri detaylı olarak görüntülenmektedir. Çalışanların giriş–çıkış saatleri, vardiya bilgileri, fazla mesai kayıtları ve izin durumları mobil cihaz üzerinden takip edilmektedir. Personel bazlı günlük, haftalık ve aylık hareket raporları alınmakta, yöneticiler diledikleri anda ekiplerinin devam durumunu anlık olarak kontrol edebilmektedir.
