Pickups — Widget & Tracker Live

Unlike other screen time apps that bury your data inside menus and weekly reports, Pickups puts your live count right on your home screen. Every time you reach for your phone, your number is the first thing you see — creating a moment of awareness exactly when it matters most. Research shows the average person reaches for their smartphone over 80 times a day — often without even realising it. The first step to changing that habit is simply knowing your number. What makes Pickups unique: - Live home screen widget — see your count in real time, every time you unlock - Set a daily goal and track your progress throughout the day - See whether you are on track, above pace, or over your goal at a glance - Daily average by this time — compare today against your usual pattern - Lowest number of pickups — a personal record to beat - Resets automatically at midnight, every day Built on a simple idea. Awareness drives change. You do not need to be told to put your phone down. You just need to see the number. Once you know it, you cannot unknow it — and that is where better habits begin. Your privacy matters. All data stays on your device. Pickups will not share your data. Free, no ads, no subscriptions. Pickups is free to use. Know your number. Build better habits. Be more present.
