Full description

Pickpocket is a community-powered safety and awareness app designed to help you stay informed about what is happening around you. Whether you are exploring your city, commuting, or travelling abroad, Pickpocket lets you view geolocated community alerts shared by other users about pickpockets, scams, theft-related risks and other situations that may require extra attention. 🗺️ COMMUNITY MAP Explore nearby community alerts directly on the interactive map and quickly understand what other users have recently shared in the area. 📍 SHARE COMMUNITY ALERTS Help other members of the community by sharing useful geolocated information about situations you encounter. 💬 LOCAL COMMUNITY CHAT Communicate with people nearby and exchange useful information about the area in real time. 🔔 SAFETY NOTIFICATIONS Receive relevant notifications and stay informed about community activity around you. 🎒 FOUND ITEMS Share information about found belongings and help reconnect lost items with their owners. 🛡️ SAFE GUIDE Access practical safety information and useful contacts while at home or travelling. 👤 YOUR PROFILE Manage your profile, saved addresses and app preferences from one place. Pickpocket is built around community participation: the more people contribute useful and responsible information, the more valuable the service becomes for everyone. IMPORTANT Community alerts are user-generated information provided for awareness and preventive purposes only. They are not reports to law enforcement, police or public authorities, and Pickpocket does not transmit community alerts to them. Pickpocket does not replace official reporting channels, law enforcement services or emergency services. If you are in danger or need immediate assistance, always contact the appropriate local authorities or emergency services.
