PickBetter

PickBetter turns everyday receipts into useful purchase experience. Scan a receipt, choose a photo, or import an image or PDF. PickBetter organizes what you bought, where you bought it, when you bought it, and how much you paid. Over time, your receipts become a personal purchase memory that helps you make better decisions. With PickBetter, you can: • Scan and save receipts • Review items, quantities, prices, totals, and purchase dates • Correct scanned information before saving • Organize purchases by category • Track spending by day, week, month, or longer periods • Compare prices from your previous purchases • Find where you previously paid less • Notice price changes over time • Remember products and services you used before • Ask questions using chat or voice • Open the original receipt connected to a result • Export, restore, or delete your locally stored data Ask questions such as: • Where did I buy this item cheapest? • When did I last buy it? • How much did I spend this month? • What did I buy from this store? • Has this product become more expensive? • When was my last car service? • Where did I last visit a dentist? PickBetter starts with your own real experience. Instead of depending only on advertisements, reviews from strangers, or memory, you can learn from purchases you actually made. Your receipt history helps you remember what worked, what cost more, what was worth buying again, and what you may want to avoid. Our longer-term vision is to help people learn from one another too. In future community features, users will be able to optionally share anonymized purchase experience. Personal details will not be shown. Shared experience can help people discover better prices, compare stores and services, and avoid repeating poor buying decisions. You benefit from your own experience first. Later, your anonymous experience can help others, while their shared experience can help you. PickBetter is local-first. Your saved receipt history stays on your device. Selected receipt content is sent to cloud services only when you choose cloud scanning, voice, or AI features. Our mission is simple: Collect real purchase experience. Learn from your own choices. Share anonymously when you choose. Help everyone pick better. Real purchases. Shared anonymously. Better decisions.
