Pick & Drop Driver

Welcome to the Cab Driving Pick & Drop service where drivers are in direct control over their appointments. Using the custom design, our drivers can view the assigned bookings and the route they should take. Also, it is another advantage as passengers get the chance to even decide their ride, and to whom they want to go, & then it is dropped at their desired location. Therefore, as they are the two-way doors between their professions & their personal lives; many struggle to balance their lives properly. But what was there before is that earlier drivers had a stipulated routine and their schedules were already pre-planned & assigned that they were not allowed to either choose or change. In our platform, drivers have the benefit of fitting in available trips at a time convenient to them and also opting in for trips they consider solving his/her route, time constraints, and personal preferences. In addition, this flexibility improves overall comfort for drivers but also backs up the idea of a healthy work-life balance. The moment bookings arrive, drivers promptly review booking specifics including drop off and pick up location, time, destination, etc. This multifaceted data enables drivers to make responsible choices on the list of bookings to take, thus making them vigilant and able to efficiently manage their time and earnings. Afterwards, the selected book can be a confirmation to the drivers for them to secure their availability for they can agree to transport the passengers. This procedure of confirmation also plays a vital role in communication between drivers and passengers, as a result, conflicts or delays can be avoided. In attributing choosing the customer from the driver, we encourage a sense of enforcement and autonomy in our workforce. We realized that every driver is different, he/she wants to find the ride that most suits his/her needs, and in our app this is possible. Additionally, if drivers get to choose on their own their trip then they will be able to be happy & passengers would be satisfied. By prioritizing this, we not only enhance the experience for our drivers but also elevate the quality of service for our passengers
