Everything stays editable. Sell tickets Build ticket tiers with a price, a quantity and a sales window, and watch sold versus remaining update in real time. Create coupons - percentage or fixed amount, with an expiry date, a usage cap and a minimum purchase. Design the ticket background and the PDF your guests receive. Free event? Register by QR No payment, no ticket tiers - registrants still get a QR code, and you scan them at the door exactly like a paid ticket. Scan at the door A built-in QR scanner that runs straight off the phone camera. Full-screen mode for mobile, auto-approval of attendees, a scan sound, and live stats on who has already come in. You can also hand a door person their own scanning link - no account, and no access to anything else in the event. Manage the guest list Search by name or email, filter by ticket type and status, approve or reject registrations, and export to CSV. Send someone a free ticket and it reaches them by email and WhatsApp. Build a team with real permissions Invite people by role - event admin, team admin, team member or scanner — and tick exactly what each of them may do: charge tickets, scan, edit ticketing, or create affiliate links. Affiliates get their own referral link, and you see the visits, sales and revenue each one brought in. Book vendors Invite verified vendors from the platform by category and package, or add your own outside vendor. Close a deal with an agreed price, what is included and a service date, and sign a contract inside the app. Direct chat with every vendor, images and files included. Follow the money The event wallet shows income, expenses, net profit and what is still unpaid, with a full transaction log and CSV export. Withdraw to your bank account or pay a vendor directly. Market the event Tracking links per channel with a traffic-source breakdown, your own pixels (Meta, TikTok, GA4, Google Ads), a one-off email or SMS broadcast to the audience you choose, and an embed code for the event page on your own site. ■ FOR VENDORS Set up a business profile with packages and prices, receive orders and quote requests, keep an availability calendar, sign contracts, and collect reviews and ratings.
