Full description
Phoenix Access is the official app to open and manage NFC-protected access points secured with Phoenix Smartlocks, right from your phone. Whether it's for a company with several sites or a single facility with multiple locks, Phoenix Access replaces the physical key with access that's always under control. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Open, close and check the status of your Phoenix Smartlocks by tapping your phone (NFC). - Check at any time which sites and locks you're authorized for, and during which hours you can access them. - Get notified if your permission is about to expire and no new access permissions can be obtained, so you're never left at a door with no explanation. - Log a complete intervention —opening, work and closing— with a record of every step. - Report incidents with photos straight from the site, even without coverage: they're sent automatically as soon as you're back online. Your permissions are always kept up to date: you can only open what you're authorized for, and only when you're authorized to. Phoenix Access requires Phoenix Smartlocks to be installed and an active account on the access management platform, for business or personal use alike.
