CrumbCount

CrumbCount is a dedicated offline utility designed for bakers, chefs, and kitchen managers to scale recipes, track ingredient inventory, estimate production costs, and maintain shift logs. Built to operate entirely local-first without requiring internet access, CrumbCount stores all information securely in your device's sandbox. Key Features: - Recipe Scaling: Input standard recipes and multiply ingredient weights (g, kg, ml, l, units) dynamically based on batch sizes or target serving quantities. - Inventory Tracking: Maintain a list of kitchen ingredients, log current stock levels, define minimum safety thresholds, and monitor low stock alerts on the dashboard. - Shift Production Logs: Log baked batches with specific quantities, production dates, baker names, and internal kitchen notes to build a shift archive. - Catering Cost Estimator: Calculate recipe costs based on ingredient unit prices, input custom overhead expenses, set target gross profit margins, and calculate recommended retail pricing. - Daily Prep Checklist: View and check off daily kitchen routines (morning prep, midday work, closing tasks) to maintain kitchen operational standards. - Privacy & Local Sandbox: No user registration, no network connectivity, and no external data sync. All your formulas, costs, and logs remain strictly on your local device.
