Full description
Ask about your medications and get a clear answer, grounded in FDA labeling — not a search result you have to interpret yourself. Routine questions are answered instantly. Anything complex is routed to a licensed pharmacist, who reads it personally and replies, usually within 24 hours. You see their name, credentials and license number on the reply. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Check interactions — enter your medications, prescription or over the counter, and see what actually matters. Supplements and herbal products are included, because those are the ones people forget to mention. • Build a dosing schedule — tell us when you wake, eat and sleep, and get a daily plan that respects food rules, spacing requirements and absorption timing. Add it to your phone's calendar in one tap. • Paediatric dosing — weight-based calculations with the applicable maximum dose shown alongside every result. • Polypharmacy audit — check an older adult's full medication list against Beers Criteria and STOPP/START for combinations worth a second look. • Translate a prescription label — photograph the label and read the instructions in your own language. • Decode discharge paperwork — photograph what the hospital sent you home with and get it in plain language. • Side effect check — describe what you are feeling and find out whether it is expected, worth a call, or urgent. • Doctor visit summary — generate a printable one-page PDF of your medications, allergies and recent questions to bring to your next appointment. YOUR RECORDS, IN ONE PLACE Keep your medications, allergies and health conditions in your portal so every answer accounts for them. Your pharmacist sees the clinical context when they review your question. ABOUT THE ADVICE PharmD.AI is informational and educational. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense, and it does not replace your own doctor or pharmacist. Sources are cited so you can check them. For a medical emergency, call 911. Built and operated by Yuxiang Ou, PharmD, RPh — a licensed pharmacist. PharmDAI LLC.
