_/_/　3H P-Guardian _/_/ 「3H P-Guardian」は、患者さんや臨床試験の被験者の方が、治療や服薬後の症状について定期的に記録を残すのをお手伝いするアプリです。この記録（※1）はPHR（※2）として蓄積され、治療や臨床試験の目的で「3H P-Guardian」を紹介した医療機関（医療従事者、研究者など）が症状や、有害事象の発現兆候などをモニタリング（※3）することができます。 ※1：ePRO：electronic Patient Reported Outcomes（電子的な患者さん日誌） ※2：PHR：Personal Health Record（個人の医療情報） ※3：モニタリングは、医療従事者だけが利用可能な「3H P-Guardian Medical System」が必要です。
