PetPocketbook Live

Streamline your operations, provide a convenient and professional experience for pet parents, and stay connected like never before with PetPocketbook. This app is intended to be used alongside the web version of PetPocketbook as an on-the-go option for pet professionals and pet parents. Pet care businesses must have an active subscription to access the app. Pet parents and staff must be invited by a pet care business using PetPocketbook to access their accounts. FOR BUSINESSES • View your schedule and appointment details with ease using intuitive calendars built specifically for pet care. • Complete visits and send report cards to pet parents with photos, notes, timestamps, and even GPS locations to provide extra peace of mind. • Manage client invoices and keep track of payments and tips on the go. • Access and update detailed family profiles with all the essential information that you need at your fingertips. • Stay connected with clients through integrated in-app messaging. • Track compensation accrued in real-time as you complete services and receive tip. FOR PET PARENTS • View and manage upcoming appointments or request new ones with your trusted pet care providers. • Keep your pet's information up-to-date in real-time, including contact details, behavioral changes, medical profile, specific care instructions, and more. • View bills and pay for services easily and securely through the app. • Receive updates and report cards to stay informed about your pet, even when you're apart. • Communicate directly with your pet care provider through in-app messaging. Note: PetPocketbook may use location information in the background for tracking visits depending on your account settings. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life for pet care professionals.
