Pesa Notes: Personal Finance

Pesa Notes is a personal finance app for an individual. Home shows You have: Safe to spend in the cash, bank, mobile money, and card accounts you include. Upcoming bills stay in a list. They are not taken off that number. Transfers between your own accounts are not income or spending. This is not a shop, POS, or sales app. No customers, inventory, or receipts for a till. What you can record • Income, expenses, and transfers • Optional fees or tax on an expense or transfer (that amount is spent) • Income deductions such as PAYE: withheld, never hit the account, not spent. Take-home is income • Accounts: cash, bank, mobile money, card, and more. Turn Safe to spend off for savings you will not spend Home, Activity, Calendar, Plans, Insights • Home: You have, this month’s In and Out, upcoming in the next 14 days, recent activity • +: amount, category, save — built to be fast • Activity: full history, search and filters • Calendar: days you recorded, and with Premium a look at upcoming days • Plans: budgets, recurrences, goals, and debts (free: up to three of each) • Insights: spending by category and factual month comparisons. Never shaming Setup Sign in with email or Google (email must be verified). Pick a country — that sets currency once. Add accounts, or skip and add them later from Home. Language follows the phone when we ship that translation. On your phone After setup, the ledger is SQLite on the device and works offline. You need a connection to sign in, verify email, restore or write a Drive backup, buy Premium, or load the free-tier Home ad. Privacy and lock Optional PIN or password plus fingerprint or face. Optional encrypted Google Drive backup (not live sync; we cannot read the file). Hide balances when you want. Premium: unlimited Plans items, calendar projection of upcoming days, month-over-month and savings rate on Insights, and no ads. Prices and currency are shown in Google Play at checkout (monthly or 4-month). The first completed setup on a new install grants seven days of Premium on the device; that is not a Play billing trial.
