Full description
Sol is the field app for Sol smart loks: the electronic locks your organisation fits to bins, containers and gates. Hold your phone to a lok and it unlocks. Tap again and it locks. There is no key to carry and no code to type. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See every lok you have access to, and its state at a glance • Unlock and lock with one tap of your phone • Use loks set to lock themselves: you unlock, and the lok locks again on its own after a set time • Look back at your activity: every unlock and lock you made, and when • Keep working where there is no signal, if your organisation allows it: the app holds a few commands signed in advance and reports what happened as soon as you are back online BEFORE YOU START • You need an account from your organisation. There is no sign-up in the app; your manager invites you. • Your phone needs NFC, turned on. • If you allow it, your location is added to your activity log, so your organisation can see where each lok was used. Some organisations require it: on their loks the app will not unlock or lock without it. Sol is made by Persidius.
