Kimo HR

Kimo HR puts your working life in your pocket. See the shifts you are rostered for, book time off, and keep track of what your employer holds about you — without emailing anyone or waiting for a reply. Kimo connects to your employer's own HR system. Scan the Kimo QR code from your employer and your company is filled in for you, or type your company's Kimo site address. Then sign in with your work login. YOUR ROTA • See every shift you are rostered for, with times and location • A rolling two-week view on the home screen, so what is coming next is always the first thing you see • Switch between a list and a month calendar, whichever suits you • Offer a shift to colleagues and respond to swap requests, with your manager signing off each swap TIME OFF • See your remaining days for every kind of leave your employer offers • Request time off in full days or half days • Track whether a request is waiting, approved or declined • In the public beta, authorised approvers can review and approve or reject leave requests from their phone • Your public holidays and your company's holiday calendar in one place EXPENSES • Claim back what you have spent for work, with a photo or PDF of the receipt • Follow each claim until it is approved or declined YOUR RECORD • Your employment details exactly as your employer holds them • Contact, bank, passport and emergency contact details on your HR record, all in one place BUILT TO KEEP WORKING Kimo keeps a copy of your rota and leave on your device. If your connection drops, or your company's site is briefly unreachable, you still see your shifts — the app tells you plainly when it is showing a saved copy rather than pretending everything is fine. YOUR ACCOUNT • Forgotten your password? Reset it with a code sent to your work email • Change your password from your profile at any time NOTIFICATIONS Get told when your rota is published, when leave needs your approval, when a leave request is decided, or when HR sends you an update. PRIVACY Kimo asks for no location permission of any kind. It does not clock you in or out, never needs to know where your device is, and shows no ads. WHO IS THIS FOR Kimo HR is for people whose employer uses Kimo. You cannot create an account in the app — your employer sets one up for you.
