tut team

tut team is the staff app for employees of tut company. It is a private, work-only app: your employer issues your account, and you sign in with the employee code and PIN given to you by HR. There is no public sign-up. Everything in one place • Attendance — check in and out from your phone at the start and end of your shift, and see your own attendance record. • Payslips — open your monthly payslip and review the breakdown whenever you need it. • Requests — raise leave, advance, custody and general requests, follow their status, and read the approver's decision without chasing anyone. • Approvals — if you approve for your team, review the full request, including amounts and attachments, and decide from your phone. • Documents — read documents assigned to you and sign the ones that need your signature. • Team — see your colleagues in the staff directory and reach them directly. • Chat — message colleagues and teams, share a photo or a PDF, and keep work conversations in one thread. • Calendar and schedule — check your shifts and upcoming days at a glance. • Knowledge — search company guides, policies and procedures written for your role. • Training — follow the training assigned to you. • My record — view your own record, including any cases raised and their outcome. Built for the people who use it • Full Arabic and English, with a proper right-to-left layout in Arabic — switch language any time. • Light and dark themes. • Notifications for the things that need you: an approval waiting, a document to sign, a reply to your request. Privacy tut team only collects what the app needs to do its job. Location is used at check-in and check-out to confirm the punch against your work site — nothing is tracked in the background, and you can decline it. Your data is not sold and is not shared with other companies.
