Peaq Wellness

PEAQ is a wellness club in Dubai built around two things: how you move and how you recover. This app is your key to it — book a spot, hold a package, and check in from your phone. MOVE Lagree on the MegaPro: high intensity, low impact, fifty minutes of slow, controlled work. Group classes, private sessions, and private group sessions for up to five. RECOVER • Contrast therapy — alternating infrared sauna and cold plunge • The Premium Suite — a private sauna, shower and cold plunge for up to two guests • Stretch therapy — one-on-one assisted stretching • Compression therapy — recovery boots for tired legs • Red light therapy WHAT THE APP DOES • See the week's schedule and book a class, a recovery room or an event in a few taps • Join the waitlist when a class is full and be offered the spot the moment it opens • Buy packs, trials and monthly memberships, and see what's left of each • Check in with your booking's QR code • Earn loyalty points on every visit • Switch between clubs and see only what's on at the one you're at • Message your club on WhatsApp straight from the app • Get a reminder before each session EVENTS AND RETREATS Workshops, teacher training, socials and retreats — see what's coming up and reserve your place. You don't need a membership to book. Try a single session, start with a trial pack, or make PEAQ part of every day. PEAQ Al Quoz, Dubai — with more clubs on the way.
