Peak Brain Rot is a distraction blocker that makes you earn your screen time through exercise. HOW IT WORKS Connect to Health Connect, set your heart rate threshold, and start working out. Every minute your heart rate stays above your threshold earns you 1 $PEAK credit. Spend those credits to temporarily unlock the apps you've blocked on your phone. No effort, no credits. No credits, no scrolling. EARN CREDITS FROM REAL WORKOUTS Sync with Health Connect to automatically detect qualifying exercise. Set your own intensity level — Casual (70% max HR), Peak (80%), or Extreme (90%). Only real effort counts. BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS Choose which apps to block from a curated list including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, Pinterest, and Twitch. When you try to open a blocked app, you'll see a block screen instead. SPEND TO UNLOCK Use your $PEAK credits to temporarily unlock apps — 1 credit per minute. Pick 5, 15, 30, or 60 minute sessions. Once the timer expires, the block kicks back in automatically. WEEKLY DECAY KEEPS YOU HONEST Your balance decays 50% every week.
